Fill in the application form: your company, the courses you teach and the name of your academy.

2. Review

We review your application and accreditations and send you the partner agreement.

3. Go live

Your academy website is created and connected automatically. You receive your login by email.

4. Sell and earn

Choose your courses, share your website and earn on every seat that is paid.

What can you earn?

EUR 189 per seat — EUR 1,512 for a class of 8

Example: a PRINCE2® 7 Foundation seat costs EUR 1,395. After materials and exam (EUR 450) the gross margin is EUR 945. Your share: EUR 189 per seat. A class of 8 students earns you EUR 1,512.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be an accredited trainer?

You can sell courses as an academy; to also teach them yourself you need the relevant accreditation (for example PeopleCert). Tell us about your accreditations in the application form.

Can I sell training courses without giving them?

Yes, as a training partner you do not need to give the courses yourself.

Are there any fees?

No set-up or monthly fees. You earn 20 % of the gross margin on every paid seat.

Who handles payments and invoices?

Polychor. Students pay Polychor by bank transfer; you receive a monthly self-billed statement and payout.

Can I use my own academy name?

Yes. Your academy carries your own name and gets its own web address; your own domain name is possible later.

How long does it take?

Once your application is approved and the agreement is signed, your academy website is ready within the hour.
